I am an artist, and I respect artists the most. It does not matter whether they are painters, singers or actors; if they are capable enough of bringing a change, I’m in! So, when it comes to changing the world, famous Swedish people are at the top.
You wouldn’t believe me, but I didn’t know that these people are actually Swedish before I did some research about them. You know, what is the most interesting fact about these people?

They never claim anything. I have seen Swedish actors not even giving a damn about who they are or which country they belong to. People went crazy just by their work and later came to know that all these talents hail from Sweden.
Some of them are criminals too! But the crime they have committed has given birth to a whole new world in the dictionary. Haha! Don’t get me wrong. I’m not talking about appreciating the criminals.
But you see, people really studied their crime and the way they did it. It is notorious and famous at the same time. I think you already know what I’m talking about. Yes, It’s Stockholm Syndrome.

Bill Skarsgard
Come on! You know him better than me! Yes, I’m talking about Pennywise. Oh my god, that death stare and terrible smile! It still gives me chills. You know, the best thing about this actor is that he can pull up any kind of character.
Though his performance in the movie “IT” was one of his best performances, have you watched the other ones like “Clark?” It is just amazing.
He becomes a different person when he is in character. Nobody can tell that he was pennywise. But why is he so famous? Why are people so obsessed with him? I mean, come on! Do I really have to say it?
It is obviously his acting and his strong character. People admire his secrecy, his relationship with his girlfriend, and his respect towards his fans. No matter what, he has never stopped when it comes to giving his best.
He has proved that to become the best, you just need to keep going. He did so well that people no longer want to see anyone else as Pennywise. Moreover, people are expecting him to play Joker as well.
ABBA
ABBA is one of the best musical groups in Swedish music history. Agnetha, Christina, Bjorn, Anni, all of them are just spectacular when it comes to music. The interesting part is that they are still going.
I loved how the ABBA family went from nothing to everything. No matter how many ups and downs they went through, they were there for each other.
ABBA is one of those music groups that have been equally successful over the decades, and with each passing day, their popularity is increasing. It is said that they showed people the height of musical creativity when all the machines or autotune and bass weren’t there.
Three generations are working in the same industry, and the grandparents are teaching the children what music is and how they can be a superstar. Exceptional!
Avicii
I was listening to his song on repeat, and then suddenly, he never released any songs. I thought he must be on a break or may have decided to retire from the music industry.
But later, I came to know that he had died. He committed suicide. I was heartbroken. Avicii is the singer of the famous songs “Levels,” “Wake Me Up,” “Hey Brother.” etc.
People loved him. It was absolute bliss to see him reaching the utmost height. Starting from parties to lonely winter afternoons, he was there.
Avicii started his musical journey at the age of 16. He used to make remix versions of songs, and it quickly caught the public’s attention. The singer won several awards kike the Grammys.
But in 2018, a report came out about his committing suicide. It is said that he was suffering from mental health issues. It makes me feel how ignorant we are as humans.
But the good part is people still remember him.
Anja Parson
Anja Parson is one of the most spectacular sportspersons in Sweden. She is an Alpine Skier. She is currently retired, but her contribution is still being recognized.
I remember I was reading about Sweden being a bad performer in the Olympics, and I came across the statement of Anja Parson.
She was very straightforward. The former player directly said that the Swedish team has become overconfident, and it has to stop now. For those who don’t know, Sweden has been a star since 2009, and Anja was a part of them.
But it is going downwards now. I loved her attitude and concern for the team even after retiring.
Clark Olofsson
Clark Olofsson is one of the most famous Swedish people and a notorious criminal known for the creation of Stockholm Syndrome. He was one of the most famous celebrity gangsters.
His entire life was about murder, assault, drug dealing, running from the police, and then finally ending up in jail. There was a time when people became fans of him.
I think the modern mafia love stories took inspiration from him. His childhood was a bit disturbing, and according to the experts, lack of good parenting caused some weird behavioural traits.
At first, it was just minor stealing, but later, it took the form of robbery and then murders. This man, though, was a criminal, got married and had kids. In his later life, he was living a fake life with a different name.
But it is all gone now. He surrendered to the police and is in prison now.
